I have booked for someone else an she ticket from Nairobi to Mombasa. How does the passenger get their ticket in the absence of my phone

Hello Christine, If you booked using your phone, give them the Account number you received ( It is in the MPESA confirmation text). They will use this number to print the ticket at the station on travel day. What you can do is send them the text to their phone. Also, advice them to arrive early so they can have enough time to check in and print the ticket. All the best!
